1. Skills/Experience required
CA/ICWAI/MBA with minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role/ background
B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter with minimum 10+ years of experience will be considered
Prior experience in GRCA reporting and Analytical Reviews will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of External reporting at financial institutions
Strong project management and change background
Experience to Lead and Drive Global Projects
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Must have managed medium to large teams of qualified professional with a track record of demonstrable and definable achievements
Excellent organizational skills
Understanding of process migration, metrics and productivity of finance processes
