Some of the significant ones are the Gurgaon Water Supply Channel and the NCR Water Supply Channel that supply potable water to the region including the city of Gurgoan and Manesar, and the Outfall Drain No. 8 (Najafgarh Drain) passes through the site designed to carry excess storm water into river Yamuna
