Job Description :-
- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in Gurgaon/Bhiwadi/Dharuhera/Neemrana.
- Assisting clients for sale of Residential & Commercial Projects.
- Visiting the prospects and converting them in to buyers.
- Achieve the targeted revenue & profitability as set in the budget.
- Responsible for acquiring business and achieving the sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow ups with client.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Desired Skills :-
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Should be energetic, proactive and convincing.
- Able to explain the projects to clients clearly.
